By now about 40 active participants from 11 countries are registered.
Programme
31 presentations are announced. After the meeting and upon the agreement of the particular speakers, the presentations will be placed on a webpage of the Department of Immunology. For the detailed programme see the attached file. The meeting will start at the main conference venue – headquarters of the company Olympus where the rest of the programme will take place also. The coffee, snacks and lunch during the meeting will be provided by the hosting company free of charge.
Social programme
On Monday late afternoon and evening there will be an optional social programme:
a guided tour in Strahov Monastery and a welcome dinner near the monastery (within the walking distance). We will go there together as a group from Olympus.
The dinner and the entrance fee for guided tour are paid by the organizers.
Accommodation
A group of the invited speakers and other participants will be accommodated in KAROLINUM, historical building of the Charles University, right in the city centre (very close to Old Town Square). The other group of people will be accommodated in Rezidence Dlouhá 17, an accommodation facility run by the Ministery of Eduaction, Youth and Sports located near Old Town Square too. The third group will be placed in Hotel Denisa, Prague 6, not so far form the airport, on metro station Dejvicka and close to Olympus Buliding. You can find your location in separate enclosed list of participants and accommodation. Two-night stay for all participants is free of charge. It is possible to stay longer, however, the participant has to pay the extra fee for the accommodation, payable upon departure. The approximate prices are shown below:
KAROLINUM, Celetná street 14, Prague 1 – single or double rooms in a historical building in the centre. Price: single room 800CZK/30Euro/night, double room 900CZK/26Euro/night. KAROLINUM on a map.
Rezidence Dlouhá 17, Prague 1 – double rooms in a new reconstructed building in the centre of the town 1800CZK/70Euro/night/room.
Transportation:
Single transferable tickets (32 CZK = 1,3 EUR) can be bought at newspaper stands or at the YELLOW coin machines at bus and metro stations.
From Ruzyně AIRPORT to KAROLINUM: take bus no. 119 (timetable) to the last stop “Dejvicka”, transfer to the subway (green, line A) and go to the station “Můstek”. Karolinum is five minute walk from the station, just next to Stavovske divadlo (theatre).
From Ruzyně AIRPORT to the OLYMPUS: Bus no.179 or 116 will take you directly form the airport to Olympus (exit Nova Sarka), it takes about 12 minutes (http://194.213.60.4/DataFTP/JRPortalData/119/20090308/119_linka.pdf)
From CITY CENTRE to OLYMPUS: take the subway (green, line A) from the station “Můstek” to the station “Dejvicka”, change for a tram no. 26 (timetable) and go to the stop “Nad Dzbanem”. The Olympus building is within the walking distance.
From Dejvicka metro station to OLYMPUS: take a tram no. 26 (timetable) and go to the stop “Nad Dzbanem”. The Olympus building is within the walking distance.

Free of charge.
